1) I will procrastinate less on studying for tests/quizzes and homework. In the past, I've realized that I tend to put off studying for an assessment until the day before the test/quiz, and usually, it doesn't turn out too well since it's difficult to cram all the information under pressure. Instead of putting off all the studying till the last minute, I will write some of the test/quiz information on flashcards, enabling me to constantly quiz myself on information.
2) I've always told myself that I would find time to sleep more by procrastinating less on homework and assignments and studying ahead of time; yet with college apps, high-school/college courses, and weekly quizzes/tests, it was difficult to find time to get the recommended 9-10 hours of sleep. Even though I would be exhausted with the large workload, I often have trouble falling asleep. To improve this, I will reduce my exposure to artificial light before sleeping and find time to take naps to help with sleep debt.
